Return Policy

Overview
Every Figtional book is custom‑made for your child. Because each order is personalised, returns and refunds are generally not available once production has begun. However, if there is a manufacturing issue, printing error, or damage in transit, we will make it right with a replacement.
Before You Order
- Carefully review the child’s name, dedication, and selected details.
- Upload a clear, high‑quality photo that meets our guidelines.
- Verify your shipping address and contact information at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders can sometimes be cancelled if requested before printing starts. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at[email protected] with your order number. Once the order moves into production, cancellation is not possible.
Replacements for Defects or Damage
If your book arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or is materially defective, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect or damage and the packaging
We may ask you to return or safely dispose of the defective book depending on the issue and your location.
What Isn’t Eligible
- Minor color or brightness variations between on‑screen previews and the printed book caused by device and printer differences.
- Typos or incorrect personalisation details submitted by the customer if not reported before production begins.
- Normal wear and tear or damage after delivery.
Address Issues
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately. We can often fix it before shipping. If the order has already shipped, you may need to work with the carrier to reroute. Additional fees may apply.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by Figtional.
