Because each book is custom-made and highly personalised, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please double-check all names, photos, and details before confirming your order. If your book arrives damaged or there's a printing error on our side, we'll happily replace it at no extra cost.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you notice a mistake right after ordering, please reach out to us immediately. We can usually update your address before the package ships. If it has already left our facility, you may need to contact the courier directly.
